Tiny Goat is a small Pilates Studio in Revelstoke, BC offering private sessions and small group classes In-Person on the Pilates Equipment including the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels, and Online. I also teach Mat Classes locally at The Alchemy Studio and online through Acuity Pilates Studio. 

Why Tiny Goat?

  • ​Tiny shifts in how you pattern can fire up chains of movement efficiency throughout the body so that no one part overworks

  • Goats are resilient, inquisitive, adaptable, agile, tenacious and playful. We humans share these characteristics and it is with these attributes at the forefront, that we will approach our Pilates and movement practice. 

  • Tiny goats make me laugh. They are beautifully awkward, exuberant and joyful. Life can be a lot sometimes so I feel that joy is a pretty great thing to be reminded of, and to actively seek out every single day. This can be especially true when it comes to challenges with our physical function, as it can be hard to lean into the patience and perseverance it often requires to find our way back to feeling good in our bodies. Finding and feeling joy and pleasure in movement, even when moving through healing and repatterning, is something that connects us to both our animal selves and our humanity. Just like tiny goats, we were born to move and express ourselves through movement.

I gratefully acknowledge and honour the four nations on whose land I live, work and play: the Sinixt, the Secwepemc, the Syilx and the Ktunaxa.
